License Agreement
The terms that apply when you download and use GlobeTap.

In short: GlobeTap is free to use, on as many Macs as you like, at home or at work. Don't resell it or pass off modified copies as your own. It comes with no warranty.
License
GlobeTap is licensed, not sold. Andrii Mahda ("the developer") grants you a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use GlobeTap on Apple-branded computers you own or control, for personal or commercial purposes, for as long as you like. No fee is charged and no licence key is required.
Restrictions
You may not sell, rent, sublicense, or otherwise distribute GlobeTap for a fee; redistribute modified copies; remove or alter the app's signature, identifiers, or attribution; or reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble it — except to the extent applicable law permits despite this restriction. You may freely link others to this page.
Distribution
GlobeTap is distributed only from useit-apps.com. It is signed with an Apple Developer ID and notarized by Apple; a copy obtained anywhere else has not been verified by me and should not be trusted.
Updates
Updates, when they exist, are published on this site as new downloads. The developer is under no obligation to provide updates, continued compatibility with future macOS versions, or support of any kind, though support questions are welcome.
Warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GlobeTap is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. You use it at your own risk. Because GlobeTap is supplied free of charge, no refund is possible or applicable.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app. Nothing in this agreement limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
Termination
This license ends if you stop complying with it. You may end it at any time by deleting the app.
Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Ukraine, without limiting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
