The terms that apply when you download and use Undersize.

In short: Undersize is free on the Mac App Store and licensed under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. The notes below summarize and supplement it.
License
Undersize is licensed, not sold. Unless a separate agreement is presented to you, your use of Undersize is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"). By downloading or using the app, you accept those terms. Where anything on this page conflicts with the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA controls.
Price
The app is free. There is no purchase, no subscription, and no in-app purchase — and therefore nothing to refund. If something is wrong, email support; most issues are fixable.
Permitted use
The Standard EULA grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use Undersize on Apple-branded devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Usage Rules. You may not redistribute, sell, sublicense, rent, or reverse-engineer the app, except to the extent applicable law permits despite this restriction.
Your content
Your video files are yours. The app claims no rights over anything you import or export, and neither the developer nor Apple receives them — see the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to convert the material you process.
Responsibility
Undersize is provided by Andrii Mahda ("the developer"), not by Apple. The developer — not Apple — is solely responsible for the app and its content and for addressing any claims relating to it. Apple has no obligation to furnish support or maintenance for the app.
Warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Undersize is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. Keep your source files until you've checked the result: re-encoding is lossy by nature, and the developer is not responsible for material you delete before verifying its replacement.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
Governing law
This supplement is governed by the laws of Ukraine, without limiting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live, or the App Store terms you agreed with Apple.
